Everything you need to know about NftBattle.io.
NftBattle.io is a fully on-chain NFT card battle game built on ApeChain. Players mint battle cards, infuse them with existing NFTs to earn $BATTLE tokens daily, upgrade stats, attach gem abilities, and battle other players in strategic PvP combat. Every battle outcome is determined by Chainlink VRF for provably fair randomness.
You need 15 APE to mint your first battle card. This gives you a random rarity card with base stats. To start earning $BATTLE tokens, you'll need to infuse an approved NFT (like BAYC, MAYC, Azuki, etc.). Battle costs are minimal at ~0.001 APE per fight on ApeChain.
We support 50+ major NFT projects. Top-tier projects earn more tokens daily. The full list is available in the infusion interface.
Yes, the game is built specifically for ApeChain's gaming-optimized infrastructure. You'll need to bridge APE tokens to ApeChain and add the network to your wallet. This enables ultra-low gas costs (~0.001 APE per battle) compared to Ethereum mainnet.
There are 5 rarities: Common (200 total stats, 50% chance), Uncommon (225 stats, 30%), Rare (250 stats, 15%), Super Rare (275 stats, 4%), and Legendary (300 stats, 1%). Each card has 5 stats: Strength, Agility, Intelligence, Endurance, and Luck.
Yes, battle cards can always be traded freely.. When you trade a card, it automatically un-infuses from any connected NFT, but all stat upgrades and attached gems remain permanently on the card. The new owner can then infuse their own NFT to start earning.
When you trade a battle card, it automatically un-infuses from any connected NFT and stops earning $BATTLE tokens. However, all stat upgrades and attached gem abilities remain permanently on the card - they transfer with it. The new owner can immediately infuse their own NFT to resume earning.
Yes, there's a hard cap of 20,000 battle cards that can ever be minted. Once this limit is reached, no more cards can be created, making existing cards increasingly rare and valuable over time.
Earning rates follow a stepped reduction schedule: Cards 0-2,500 get 100% rates (Genesis), 2,501-5,000 get 90%, 5,001-10,000 get 80%, 10,001-15,000 get 60%, and 15,001-20,000 get 40%. Early adopters earn significantly more than late joiners.
There's a global cap of 80,000 $BATTLE tokens that can be emitted daily across ALL infused cards. If theoretical emissions exceed this, all earning rates are reduced proportionally. This prevents excessive inflation and protects token value.
Multiple burn mechanisms remove $BATTLE from circulation: 5% of battle wagers, 100% of gem attachment costs, 10% of upgrade fees, 20% of energy recharges, and 30% of tool purchases. These burns typically exceed daily emissions, creating deflationary pressure.
It depends on your NFT project tier and the current earning multiplier. Top Projects earns up to 10 $BATTLE/day, MID earns 5 $BATTLE/day, and other projects earn 3 $BATTLE/day. These rates decrease as more cards are minted and may be reduced if the daily cap is hit.
Battles are best-of-3 rounds between two cards. Each round, Chainlink VRF randomly selects one of 12 Oracle Blessings that favor different stat combinations. Players calculate scores based on the blessing formula, and whoever wins 2+ rounds takes the entire wager pot (minus 5% tax).
Oracle Blessings are 12 different scoring formulas that create strategic variety. Examples: Warrior's Might favors STR+LCK, Scholar's Wisdom favors INT+AGI, Chaos Storm is pure luck (LCK×3). Each blessing has equal 8.33% probability, ensuring no single build dominates.
No. Battle outcomes use Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) which provides cryptographically secure randomness that cannot be predicted or manipulated. This ensures completely fair battles where skill in deck building and gem selection matters, not luck manipulation.
You can permanently upgrade any of your card's 5 stats using $BATTLE tokens. Costs increase exponentially: 200 $BATTLE per point (1-50), 400 (51-70), 800 (71-85), 1,600 (86-95), 3,200 (96-100). 10% of upgrade costs are burned forever.
Gems are NFT abilities you can purchase and attach to cards. There are 25+ different gems in 3 categories: Passive (always active), Triggered (conditional), and Counter (anti-opponent). Once attached, the gem NFT is burned forever and becomes a permanent ability.
Each battle card has 3 gem slots maximum. You can attach up to 3 different gems per card. If you want to change gems, you must use the Ability Remover tool (750 $BATTLE) to destroy an attached gem and free up the slot.
Yes. Common gems cost 500 $BATTLE (+10-15% effects), Uncommon cost 1,200 (+15-25%), Rare cost 2,500 (+25-40%), Epic cost 5,000 (+40-60%), and Legendary cost 10,000 (+60%+ effects). Higher rarity gems provide more powerful abilities.
We use Chainlink VRF 2.0, the industry-standard for verifiable randomness. Each battle requests 3 independent random numbers that are cryptographically verifiable and impossible to predict or manipulate. This ensures complete fairness in all battle outcomes.
Yes, our contracts implement multiple security layers: reentrancy protection, access controls, emergency pause mechanisms, and formal verification. We follow OpenZeppelin standards and undergo regular security audits to ensure player fund safety.
